WELCOME TO OUR OLYMPIC GAMES!

As you already know, this year we are celebrating the Olympic Games in our school too!

Our Olympic Torch left from England on Monday, and it has travelled to Gambia, Japan and Canada so far! Students are learning different things from all these countries: main cities, interesting buildings, important people, typical food, etc. We still have to learn about Australia, Switzerland, South Africa, India, Russia and Brazil. Rio will hold the 2016 Olympic Games. We are learning very interesting things!

We also have a mascot for the Games! It was created by Maria Gavilan from 5th Primary. Look, it's fantastic!!

The torch will arrive at Brazil on Friday the 29th of January. The 1st of February, we will start our Olympic Games!
